Film compounding & embossing machine

This machine is used for the film, which is the basic material of  wooden paper and non-woven cloth and etc .unrolling ,combining and rolling system . It can complete embossing and combining at the same time, patterns on the embossing roll will be designed by customers required .

Cutting table

Put the slit and combined material roll on the roll stand ( about 5 rolls) .At the same time flat and tensile five rolls on the cutting table by hand. And then crosscut as required size .Orbit electric clippers cutting system.

Die cutting machine

The mould of the machine was designed by guided dental apron. Press the small piece  by the die cutting machine (five piece one time ). This machine is  digital controlled and lcd screen .

Punch  -- semi-finished bib/apron

This machine is used for produce pocket with the slit  and combined materials .

Production process

 Cut  the slit  and combined materials ---fold and seal-pocket connect with semi -finished bib /apron-fold by handfinish bib/ apron
